Offense wins games but defense wins CHAMPIONSHIPS...... We've heard it all before but what does that really mean ? One of the only key factors stopping athletes from going from good to great often falls on defense. Everyone loves to score and rightfully so but if you want to become a complete players defense is key. We will focus on teaching our athletes proper technical skills of defense, rebounding, team concepts and more to really take their skill level up to the next level. Mixed with our usual fundamental teachings this camp will give the athletes plenty of time to implement defensive strategies in game like scenarios, scrimmages, 3v3 and 1on1 play. Expect confidence-building drills, team challenges, and plenty of game time—all while making new friends and pushing past comfort zones.
